Sene Command

Privacy policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Sene Command is a private personal productivity application operated by Allen Sene. This policy explains how its Google Calendar integration uses data from Google accounts the authenticated owner chooses to connect.

Information accessed

After Google consent, the application accesses a connected account's verified identity, calendar list, calendar access permissions, and information from calendars the owner selects. Calendar event data may include titles, dates and times, location, descriptions, status, attendee details, and availability. The application only requests the Google API permissions needed for the owner's chosen calendar view or management features.

How Google data is used

Google Calendar information is used to display selected events and availability and, where the owner explicitly chooses View and manage access, to perform requested calendar actions such as creating, updating, or canceling events. Calendar permissions and event restrictions are rechecked before changes. The application does not automatically copy events into tasks or use Google Calendar data for advertising, sale to data brokers, or training general-purpose AI models.

Storage and security

The application stores Google account connection information, selected calendar identifiers, encrypted refresh tokens, and limited records of calendar operations. Access tokens are handled on the server to make authorized Google requests. Events are retrieved as needed rather than maintained as a full duplicate calendar. Connections are associated with the authenticated owner and workspace, and credentials are encrypted at rest. The application uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for backend services, which process application data to operate the service.

Sharing and access

Calendar information is processed to provide the owner's requested features and by providers necessary to operate the app, including Google, Vercel and Supabase. The calendar integration does not provide calendar event data to the Sene Command MCP tool interface. Information received from Google APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Owner control and deletion

The owner chooses which Google accounts and calendars to connect and whether to allow changes. Connections may be removed in Calendar settings, which deletes the stored credential and calendar selections for that connection. Google API access can also be revoked through the connected Google Account's third-party access controls. Limited technical records of past calendar operations may remain to protect data integrity and prevent duplicate actions.

Policy changes and contact

This policy may be updated as functionality and data practices change; the current version will appear on this page. For questions, use the application support contact shown on Sene Command's Google consent screen.
